Instructions: You will need: 1 1/4 cups Warm water (110°-115°F), 1 packet yeast (enclosed).No Knead Bread Directions:1. Combine ingredients and let rise for about 2 hours:Place warm water, yeast (enclosed) and bread mix in large bowl. Stir until dough forms. Dough will be wet and sticky.Let rise, covered, in a warm place until double in size (about 2 hours).2. Sprinkle dough with flour and pat to shape:Sprinkle 4 tsp flour on surface and along sides of dough to reduce sticking. Gently pull dough away from sides of bowl. Lift dough and place on greased baking sheet. Gently pat edges to shape.3. Rest dough uncovered for 40 minutes:Rest dough, uncovered, for 40 minutes. After resting, dust top of loaf with flour. The BEST bread mix for Bread Machines! I buy this mix for my bread machine and sometimes I like it soft and sometimes I make it firm. The mix is super EASY to make and it always mixes up a wonderful loaf. Sadly I can't buy in the store, so have to order on-line.
This bread mix is wonderful, works great in the bread machine I purchased. only downfall is I have to order this off the internet, because I can't find it in the stores, which is a litter frustrating, also wish they made different kinds. You used to could get Italian, etc. now I can only find the country white mix......
