I'm not a big pancake fan, but I tried this and it's delicious and easy to make or use as a base! I use their Buttermilk pancake batter also for Belgian Waffles! Both great products!

Instructions: 4-inch pancakes - mix - cold water.6-7 - 1 1/4 cups - 3/4 cup.12-14 - 2 1/2 cups - 1 1/2 cups.18-21 - 3 3/4 cups - 2 1/4 cups.Tip: for thinner pancakes, add more water. For thicker pancakes, add more mix.1. Heat griddle to 375 degrees F:Heat pancake griddle to 375 degrees F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.2. Whisk pancake mix and water:Measure mix by lightly spooning it into measuring cup and leveling it off.Whisk pancake mix and water. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over-mix.
