Instructions: 4-inch pancakes - mix - cold water:6-7 - 1 cup - 3/4 cup.12-14 - 2 cups - 1 1/2 cups.18-21 - 3 cups - 2 1/4 cups.Tip: for thinner pancakes, add more water. For thicker pancakes, add more mix.1. Heat: griddle to 375 degrees F.Heat pancake griddle to 375 degrees F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.2. Whisk: pancake mix and water.Measure: mix by lightly spooning it into measuring cup and leveling it off.Whisk: pancake mix and water. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over-mix.
