Very Comfortable

Bought these for work on roadside maintenance about a month ago and walk a few miles a day with no noticeable wearing or rubbing on my feet like other boots I've used in the past. Lower cut allows for better breathing on the calves especially in the warmer seasons. Deep treads grip very well even wet grass and steep hills and the thick soles make stubs hardly noticeable when trudging through thicker brush.

Most comfortable work boot I've ever worn

I bought these boots 7 months ago for construction work. They've gone through hell and back and are still holding up wonderfully. The thickness of the soles have saved my butt from rusty nails at least a dozen times if not more. Not to mention that these are just so comfortable right out of the box. I was shocked when I tried my pair on for the first time and it felt like walking on a cloud. Most work boots get my feet aching after only 2 or so hours. With these, I can easily be on my feet all day and barely feel a thing. Absolutely outstanding boots.

Work, Trail and anything else.

I am a notoriously nitpicky boot buyer. They are expensive and my feet are sensitive to uncomfortable environments. I also walk a lot on wet concrete in my job. In 22 years, I have found three boots that work for me and numerous others that have been a waste of time and money. The first two boots are no longer made, the last one you are looking at. At 6'2 230 lbs, I put a lot of wear and tear on boots and shoes. I pound out at least 10000 steps a day on concrete and way more than that on hiking trails. With that said, these boots are incredible. The leather is strong, and as long as you take care of them (clean and condition), they will last for a long time. Mine are a year old and they still look new. They have gone through water, dust heat and chicken fat. Beyond that, they are remarkably comfortable. I have worn through a few insoles but those are replaceable. So, you might be asking why I'm on this site...buying a second pair. Maybe even a third. By the way, they come stiff and a bit tight. Wear them at home until they get uncomfortable and work your way up to break them in. It is worth it.
