GREAT FOR SMALL PORTIONS

I BOUGHT THE MINI MIXER BECAUSE SOMETIMES MY MIXES ARE IN SMALL QUANTITIES, ALSO WHEN I'M BUSY BAKING, SOMETIMES I'M UNDER PRESSURE BECAUSE I HAVE TO WASH THE BOWL IMMEDIATELY FOR THE NEXT MIX, NOW I HAVE AN EXTRA MIXER, EXTRA MINI BOWL AND I ORDERED THE CRISTAL BOWL. I LIKE THE BRAND AND THE ATTACHMENTS, I HAD A BIG MIXER TOO, FINALLY, I HAVE BOTH MIXERS AND MY KITCHEN LOOKS VERY NICE.

Mini

I have owned 2 full sized kitchen aid stand mixers over my 58 years. Purchased this for a handicap apartment space, but even though it has adequate power it is very small. I will be returning it if possible I have my latest mixers attachments and bowl pictured here for comparison. My last mixer the attachment hub cover vibrated off into candy and broke the mixer. My 1st K.A. mixer became to heavy for me to move to a workable area in my kitchen. Another reason for this hopeful mini purchase.

It works hard so I don't have to
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really enjoying my stand mixer! I never had one growing up. This mini is the perfect size for me, a home cook. I typically cook for 4, or occasionally bring a batch of something in to work. In these last few weeks I have made brownies, cake, pretzels, and a sourdough loaf all with the stand mixer! It has replaced my hand mixer and breadmaker, and I find myself baking more often because of how convenient it is to use. I especially love that it can continue working while I clean up.

Perfect size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I moved into my Tiny House I had to give up my full sized Kitchen Aid stand mixer due to reduced kitchen area. I purchased my new Mini Tilt-Head Kitchen Aid a month ago and have made 3 large batches of eggnog, Christmas cookies and a loaf of bread. Couldn’t be happier. The size fits easily on my kitchen counter and allows me to rekindle my creative baking persona.

Love It
I've had this for several weeks now. I bought it to supplement my 5 quart Pro, to use for smaller batch mixing and kneading. It's been great, it has no problem kneading batches of pizza dough and mixing batter for cakes, cookies, etc. It came with the Flex Edge beater but I also bought the standard flat beater, which I recommend. Both have performed very well. I bought mine in Candy Apple Red, I absolutely love the color. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Perfect size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much thought I settled on the mini since there is just the two of us. And it work perfect. It will Make 4 dozen cookies. More than I'll ever need. Yesterday I made blueberry muffins and lots of butterscotch cookies.
