We are in NCAL - no snow, no extreme weather (never over 100 degrees, never under 40). Bought in Nov 2015. First winter went fine. It's anchored to the cement. We had rain and winds; I expected some bungees to snap free (they did). I did not expect the zipper in the back wall to fully come unstitched and rip free. This renders the entire thing an open carport, and means you have to re-order it (or find someone with an industrial sewing machine to mend it - working on that... my home machine won't like this one bit).
I will also mention we have a smaller tan one from Costco - it lasted 5 years and the only reason I have to order a new cover for it is that a tree branch dropped onto it.
I am giving it a 3 because it still is standing, and except for the zipper, intact. That makes it cheaper than a storage unit (here). Now I just have to figure out how to get it mended.
