    Perfect flour!!! Walmart - 0 stars!!!

    Great flour!!! But I was shocked when I opened the box... Both bags came open during shipping. There were NO plastic bags... Walmart - 0 stars!!!

    Its the best for bread making !

    Good quality, tasty and less cost

    With this dough, we prepare Chapati (unleavened flat bread). Please see the attached image for Chapti. I am a diabetic and I found the glycemic rate of this dough is very slow and regular. My sugar levels did not increase as rapidly as some of the other dough we used earlier. The taste is very good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    great flour, poor package

    Great sustainably produced product. I use it in all my baking often substituting it for all purpose white flour. The only problem is warehouse workers don't always take precautions in packing a paper sack of flour. It can break open very easily. They need to package this product in a more durable package.

    Novice cook made great bread for the first time!

    Well, I'm no expert on what most people would consider great bread and I'm sure there's a wide variety of opinions on this, but I personally loved the bread I made from this flour. I used a recipe from Youtube called Faster No Knead Bread, channel Jenny Can Cook. It is basically 3 cups of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of yeast, and I used 2/3 teaspoon of salt and 4 teaspoons of sugar. Cooked in a glass bowl with a glass lid, it sealed nicely and kept in the moisture: warm and moist, I just *loved* it!!! I'm so happy it was better than I expected. I ate bread for like 5 days in a row! I recently when all veggies in my diet to massively lower cholesterol: no meat / dairy / oils / nuts and limited added sugar. So give it a shot. It's great, and healthy. If you go with a really moist warm loaf, wheat might be tolerable enough for you and then you can get the awesome nutrients from the whole grain. Anyways, wheat slides perfectly into such a diet for me.
