Swing set is so detailed and instructions are perfect and clear for assembly. Really recommend hiring a professional company for there is many pieces to assemble. However, Due to Holidays all companies were completely booked so my husband and I assembled it our selves. We also put a Safety Zone. it took us a total of maybe 23 hours to assemble in a 3 day span including the safety zone (given we don't build much). The hardest part was the Tube slide. Tube slide was by far the toughest to assemble. Alternative to tube slide assembly: We bought longer screws from home depot to help tighten and close the circular clamps as one of us held the slide pieces in place since the screws were too short and wouldn't reach. there were times where the holes were not completely evened out so we drilled our own holes our selves to screw the bolts in. We used the Mallet Hammer a lot... It was a big help to get all tube slide pieces flushed with each other in place. The Safety Zone: Bought at Home Depot Garden plastic weed barrier covered about 16ftx20ft, wood used for garden and 30 bags of black mulch to give it a nice contrast color. ONCE DONE SWING SET IS VERY STURDY for our 4 & 5 year old girls. HAD A TOTAL OF 5 KIDS ON SLIDE: 3,4, 5, 13, 10 and even my self went down the slide with no problem. (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) GOT MANY COMPLIMENTS FOR GATHERINGS

About This Item
This is a great swingset for the price in comparison to other. The directions are fairly easy to understand, I have a lot of construction background so that definitly helped. As most others say, the tube slide is the most challeging part, getting all the holes to line up is a challenge. I found by using multilpe screwdrivers to put in the holes helped lining up the holes TREMENDOUSLY!!! I have added a picture to help explain
LOVE this swing set!
This swing set is awesome!!! Our kids (8,4, and 2) LOVE it. The hardest part was obviously the tube slide but really only took us about 10 hours in total to put the whole swing set together. We got it for an amazing price and it is definitely worth every penny!!
We ordered this playset for xmas for our little girls and they love it. It was a absolute pain to put together but when all said and done well worth it. It is very well built and the fact that it has the two slides is well worth the price.
Kids love it
This playset has SO much hardware. It was all neatly bagged and labeled, as long as the instructions are followed closely and you pay close attention to what tools(bits, wrenches, ect) are needed it took time to get up (all together a little over 12 hours with 3 people) but was easier than it seemed it would be, after seeing all the pieces. One board was split from the packaging ties being tied down too tight on the box, easily replaced. For the price
Tube slide hack!
Its a lot of work for one person (about 20 solo hours) but the wood is light so moving the pieces around during assembly wasn't bad. The tube slide was definitely the worst part as others have said. I did the first section of the slide as the instructions said then figured out a slight hack of using zip-ties. if you zip-tie every other hole, it lines up the others enough to get the bolts through with limited drama...its still a terrible experience that took me a solid 3 hours. Its a solid, good looking unit that my daughter loves. The kitchen, mailbox and clock are great touches and i ended up with extra hardware that came in handy.
Almost perfect, a few things of note though.
My husband got this put together (mostly) by himself over the course of a few days. Let me tell you, though, putting the tube slide together was a nightmare! I was sore from using muscles I don't think I've ever used before, just trying to hold the darn thing in place so that we could line everything up. That said, my kids love it. Great deal for the price (got it on sale). Here are some things we noticed - we put the mailbox on the right side of the door (under the slide) instead of to the left of the door because it was just in an awkward spot, and the clock sticker is crooked so we'll probably just take it off and put a thermometer up there instead at some point. Also, putting the sink in was a bit of a pain, it's not in there totally securely right now because I just couldn't get the clips to all work, but it's fine. We also drilled a hole in it to keep standing water out of it. Put rubber mulch inside the playhouse
The playset overall is amazing for what you get in price. gave 4 stars due to a couple pieces of wood were broke in half due to packaging and shipping and the only way to replace was to return the whole set. decided to replace those pieces with wood we cut ourselves.
