KidKraft Savannah Dollhouse with 14 accessories included

We were glad we decided to put the doll house together before giving it as a Christmas gift to our grand daughter. It's extremely heavy and comes in a plain, non-descript, heavy duty brown box with very little else to describe its contents. We thought that was simply for shipping and that the product had to be in another lighter, more colourful box like all toys are. We opened the box, and there was were all the parts! The screws are all together and clearly labeled in a blister package. The instructions however, are not written, but rather are a series of drawings. It would have been helpful to have a photo of the actual doll house as we went along, but there was none in the box. We went online and printed the photo, after that the instructions made more sense. It took about 3 hours to put together. It is very big and very colourful and very sturdy (if you have put it together properly)...lol There is only one piece of furniture that requires assembly and that is the bed. It was well worth the money and I kept saying the whole time, boy I would have loved to have one of these when I was a little girl. We bought a doll slightly smaller than the Barbie which seems to fit nicely onto the furniture and around the house.

I bought this for a 4 year old who was getting nothing else for Christmas. This is one amazing dollhouse. I am a 47 year old man and after assembly, (which was easy) just looked at it for 4 days. The furniture is real wood, many parts of the dollhouse, frame railings and so on is real wood, the flooring is strong. Some have said some flooring falls through but if you tighten the assembly together well, that isn't the case. No problems. The finish of the floors and background walls are well done. An amazing dollhouse that should last years. It comes with a bracket to secure it from tipping but even at almost 50" high and just 13" or so deep, it would take quite a bit to tip it over because it is so sturdy. Have no fear in buying this. You won't be disappointed.

The best! So whatever bad things people have to say about this doll house they're wrong. Took us about 1 1/2 and my husband has the first floor pieces all wrong and upside down smh. But our 6yr old didn't even notice. Very sturdy and very wide and tall. Love the furniture that came along with it great addition. It is well worth the money great craftsmanship and made out of real wood.

I bought this for my granddaughters. It is well made and the directions for putting it together are excellent. Every piece is labeled with a number including the screws. My granddaughters ages 8 and 7 actually put it together with very little help from me. It would probably take an adult about an hour to put it together. It took my granddaughters 4 hours but they had so much fun doing it. The 8 year old is a wiz with a battery powered drill! The furniture is well made also.

This dollhouse is almost 4 feet tall! It is well made and will with stand her play. Has cute rooms with furniture and stairs. The balcony has a cute porch swing. Perfect for her barbies. The only negative is it took about 3 hours to fully assemble, but well worth the 4 year olds excitement!

This dollhouse met every expectation for my daughter. It is so tall and life like...it had a toilet and a canopy bed! My daughters LOVED it (ages 8 and 11). The worst part for me was the set up. Directions made it "easy" but it is an actual wood doll house, so it was a little more difficult than snapping pieces together. The frustration of putting it together was well worth it though because my daughter's face was priceless!! I recommend this to ANYONE who wants a life size dollhouse for their child or children.

When I first found this doll house, I loved the fact that not only the house was wood instead of plastic, but so was the furniture (with the exception of the toilet and tub). It's also a really great size. My daughter is almost 4 and it's bigger then her! She couldn't even wait for me to put the furniture in it before she started playing with it. Definitely worth the price.

My daughter loved this house. It took like 3 hours to set up bc the instructions are not clear and I kept messing up but the house it beautiful, Classic will look good even when the kids age doesn't look cheap the furniture is all wood and the couch has a touch of soft velvet.

My daughter is 6 and she love this dollhouse and I cannot get her from stop playing with it.I wish I had a dollhouse like this.
