KILZ Porch and Patio Floor Paint is highly durable, easy to clean and resistant to scuffing, fading, cracking and peeling in variable conditions. This product also features a mildew resistant film. This acrylic paint provides a low lustre enamel surface that is formulated to endure on deck, porch and patio siding and floors through variable weather conditions. Appropriate for all previously primed or painted surfaces including wood and masonry.

  • ADVANCED FORMULA: This Acrylic paint offers a low-lustre enamel surface that is formulated to endure on deck, porch, and patio siding and floors through variable weather conditions. This product will create a moisture resistant finish that resists scuffing, fading, cracking and peeling.
  • MULTIPLE USES: Ideal for porches, floors, decks, basements, patios, siding, trim, furniture and trellises. May be applied over properly prepared, previously-painted or primed surfaces. Not for use on areas subject to automotive tires. For residential applications only. CAUTION! Sealed surfaces may become slippery when wet. Use caution when walking on surface when moisture is present.
  • SUPERIOR COVERAGE: This 1 Gallon can of  KILZ Enamel Porch and Patio latex paint covers 300-400 square feet on smooth surfaces and 200-300 square feet on rough surfaces. Dries to touch in 1 hour and can be recoated in 4-6 hours.

Love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I recently bought a fixer upper and we have been frequent buyers of Kilz products! They are the best and I trust their products on all of my painting projects! Our most recent project was our back patio! We used Kilz products to get the job done and I'm so happy with the results!

Doesn't hold up to traffic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this with the recommended kilz primer (3) & it does not hold up to traffic. I made sure to follow the suggestions for temp., humidity, & drying time, too. The areas that are not walked on are keeping, but it's supposed to be walked on. I am disappointed at the durability & appearance in a years time & wish I would of kept the stain on it instead. It was a BIG project & took alot of time for it to be so patchy, & it's not an easy, quick, cheap fix. It shouldn't have to be repainted every year; that's way too much maintenance. I'm not sure what to do other than strip it all & choose a stain that's going to hold. (The pictures are just part of the project. I included a picture from 202...

    Love this paint and I highly recommend it.

    This paint is amazing! No more nasty smelling turpentine. The color was a perfect match for the porch and was identical to the grey siding on my home. Easy to use too, not many drips at all and it rolled on great. It's waterproof too. My porch is not enclosed and it's rained on it several times to no effect.

    Great Coverage. Holds Up To Wear And Tear

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my 5th gallon of Slate Gray Killz Porch & Patio Floor Paint as I am painting all 3 porches of our home. I've used Killz products in the past and I know and trust them for great coverage (concealing stains and imperfections) and the porch paint is holding up well to high traffic. I have no doubt it will do well through the Pennsylvania winter.

    Back porch like bricks

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a yuuuge difference KILZ CONCRETE PAINT makes! Our covered back porch was not useful until we bought and used KILZ CONCRETE. The brick reddish color brings back the neighborhood and brings neighbors to our entertainment center. What a marvelous difference a couple of gallons made in our lifestyle! Thanks KILZ!
