No, not a shampoo. An application product

It's not a shampoo -- it's an actual hair coloring application. You apply it just like you were 'shampooing' your hair, however, and then you shampoo it out after 5 minutes. Very easy, but also very messy - I'd do the whole thing in the shower if I were you.

Is this an actual shampoo with hair color, or an application like other hair colors?

Jet Black in my opinion is a darker shiny texture. Real black is more of a black dull texture. I hope this helped...

It is Jet Black.  The color is similar to real black, but I believe it&#39;s darker.

This product is designed for use by men only.

Hair is hair. It does not have a gender.  The only thing &quot;just for men&quot; is the packaging and advertising.  I am female and used my hubby&#39;s Just For Men in a pinch.  I discovered it worked better, lasted longer, and was easier to apply than my usual &quot;womens&quot; formula. I suggest applying it on a small test area and see what you think.

Seems nowdays all hair dye is not only expensive, but normally has gross ingredients and is just a hassle, but not this one. I've used this brand for years. Super simple to use, which is my favourite part, plus my hair looks and feels fantastic. And get this, my sister couldn't find her normal shade of hair dye in stock, and told her I use this brand....at first she thought I was crazy, but used it and loved it. So simple put the mix on, wait 5 minutes, jump in the shower. Fantastic grey coverage as well %26 no overpowering smell, just great hair!

Just waited afew more days then usual.  Said they tried to deliver it %26  got a text that I wasn't home. Which I was then 3 days later it came. No worries 👍.

This hair dye is perfect for my Husband. Admittedly, I will help him out to make sure he gets all areas. He actually uses a secondary applicator bottle and gets two uses out of one box because there is a lot of product for one use. Compared to women's hair dye, this does seem to stain the skin a little more so I'd be sure to get any drips off the skin asap. Hubs is a good sport, and when asked what color hair he has, he quickly answers with H-45 lol

Perfect for my Hubs

I had no problem whatsoever using this product. Just shampoo in, wait 5 minutes, and shampoo out. So you quickly peek in the mirror, and your heart stops! It looks ... black. I'm not kidding - this light brown made my hair look BLACK, it was that dark. Well, thankfully, after I shampooed a few times it was noticeably lighter. When it's new and wet, it looks pretty darned dark though.

Take their advice - start with a shade LIGHTER than your normal hair. All of this stuff goes on quite a bit darker than the photos on the box.
