HOMEMADE ICE CREAM: Combine contents of one (1) Junket Ice Cream Mix package with 1 1/4 cups of whole milk and 3/4 cups of heavy cream in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into your home ice cream maker and follow the directions for the machine. HOMEMADE ICE CREAM WITHOUT USING AN ICE CREAM MAKER: Combine contents of one (1) Junket Ice Cream Mix package with 1 1/4 cups whole milk and 3/4 cup heavy cream. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into 9" x 5" pan and freeze until firm. Break into chunk with fork. Put chunks into small bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth (about 2 minutes). Return mixture to pan and freeze until firm.
