This is a hot item in Asia and I am so glad that Walmart carries it without inflation. This is easy to apply because it has a hair brush tip instead of a rubber brush tip like those from US brands. This makes it much easier to control and it can be as sharp as you want. Secondly, it is buildable. I have had bad experience with some liquid eyeliner that when I applied more, the existing line was actually wiped off... This is not happening here. Finally, it does not smear or wear off as much as gel eyeliner. If I wait for a few seconds to let it dry before fully opening my eye, the line does not smear during the day what so ever. However, it does wear off probably because I touch my eye area quite often. All in all, best eyeliner I have used. I highly recommend this!
About This Item
Easy to control and does not smear
I don't know exactly what makes this eyeliner so much easier to use but as a eyeliner newbie this is the best drugstoreish priced liquid liner I've tried out of five brands. It's super pigmented and lasts for a long time
Seriously the BEST liquid brush eyeliner! Just like those prestige brands and under $10!!!
April of this year, I went to EXO concert in the Philippines and it was HOT and I sweated everywhere. And although my eyelids were oily, my eyeliner stays on!! still this mf eyeliner did not move at all. I was shook. This is by far the BEST eyeliner I have ever brought! And I have try so so so many eyeliner before from drug stores to Kat von d and lancome..... and none have perform as well as “Kiss Me Isehan Heroine”. It has a felt tip applicator and it apply on smoothly and easily. It is also a true dark black, does not smudge and does not fade at all! I love this eyeliner! The only downsides of it is that I have to order it online since the Walmart near me does not hold it.
Amazing ! Absolutely loved it!
