I love it and I'm an absolute convert.

I'd steered clear of air-fryers for ages. Couldn't see what all the fuss was about, but when my oven stopped working and I needed a speedy solution, I bought the Instant Vortex Plus. Honestly, I dont know how I'd survived without it before. Mine was on offer (via Money Saving Expert) so I really didnt have high expectations, but I've been hugely impressed. Particularly as I'd done a lot of research into air fryers on behalf of my parents some time before. There were other brands featuring heavily then, and I bought a Ninja for my folks - which was subsequently returned! Had I been more familiar with Instant Pot I would certainly have got them one of theirs. It's brilliant, so simple to use and very sleek. I love it and I'm an absolute convert. Not only to air fryers but to brand Instant too!
