    Love it!

This pressure cooker is wonderful! Immediately I seared the roast first IN the pressure cooker on that setting, then switched the setting over to Meat and cooked a London Broil with potatoes and carrots. Done in 45 minutes! The next day we had baked potatoes and salad. The baked potatoes took 16 minutes and they were perfect. Such a time saver in getting dinner ready for the family. I will most likely use this about 3 to 5 times a week.

    Spectacular

This little programable crockpot/slowcooker is a plus to have. Especially for someone on the go.

    Lux instapot

This is the best ever. I can’t believe the taste in food with this machine. My third day of cooking with it. I Love It. Everyone should own one.
I was so excited to receive my Instanpot. I even took pictures and posted on Facebook. When I took it out of the shipping box I was a little leary because the original box looked like it had been opened. I was right to be concerned because there is a huge dent. Yes they are giving me a new one AFTER I ship this one back but it should have been caught before it was even sent to me. I very disappointed. Plus it is very inconvenient.

    Instant Pot Rules

So far so good. Made peppers and sausage the other night and it came out great. I think I would reduce water or maybe use 8 Oz can of tomato sauce for better flavor. Less than 20 mins from prep to table

    So far it's perfect

Love it, has made cooking fun again. If you are hesitating don't. Just go to facebook group "Instant Pot Community" and you will be convinced.

    Gold standard for pressure cookers

I received as a gift. It takes the place of several appliances. Great for soups, stews, roast beef, egg bites, easy to peel hard boiled eggs. If you are debating between this model and the Duo - the main differences are yogurt function and high and low pressure. This model does not have the condensation cup or the ability to hang the lid on the side. I don’t miss any of those. 6 qt size is perfect for most families. Once you purchase the Instant Pot there are recipes on Pinterest, Facebook groups and also some great cookbooks. The one that is recommended is very good. There are many brands of pressure cookers but this is the Gold standard. Many prefer the Instant Pot brand due to the stainless steel inner pot. It is a lifesaver when you forgot to plan for dinner because you can even cook from frozen. You do need to allow time to get up to pressure, actual cooking time, and time for pressure release. I recommend you get an additional sealing ring and use one for savory, one for sweet. Did I mention that it makes the best cheesecake?

    Ex-cel-LENT!!!

This is the most versatile kitchen appliance I have ever owned. It wasn't the plan, but now I use it every day. I set it up at night to have (quietly) cooked breakfast grains waiting for me when I awake. Then set it up to cook my dinner while I'm out. There are online recipes, blogs, user discussions, etc. that you can make use of. Overall, I think the presets are fun to use but are more than the typical user needs ... the manual setting alone would do. The rice setting cooks rice perfectly and can be used to cook other grains such as millet, as well. The "cake" setting should really be labeled "polenta" setting. I have been unable to cook a traditional fluffy cake of any sort in this. But, who buys a pressure cooker to bake in?!? I've owned other traditional pressure cookers with the hissy rockers and fussy seals ... this is so much better than those, it should not be described using the same Pressure Cooker term, perhaps a Precious Cooker would do. Anyway, I'm rambling. I just cannot recommend this baby high enough.

    Future Of Cooking

I have been watching the reviews on this pot for a while and when the price dropped I took advantage. For starters, I am a cook who doesn’t have as a priority quick and convenient. I cook everything from scratch and want quality first. I have made several recipes now using the pot and every single one has turned out great. I am amazed that I can make a delicious beef stew from start to serving within an hour...which includes the time to vent the cooker. With the preset options I don’t worry about cooking times and feel it is very safe. I sauté in it, add meats and vegetables with liquids, close the latch and done. I would definitely recommend for any cook. I just had to pay attention to the instructions but have not had any issues. Many recipes online but now looking for a cookbook. I bought the 3 quart for my granddaughter going to her own apartment and teaching her to use it as well.

    Love My New Instant Pot!!!

I bought my Instant Pot IP LUX 60 for only $49. on sale during Walmart's 3 day sale! I saved $30. At first, I admit, I was intimidated by this gadget, and I've been cooking for over 50 years. Once I read the manual and watched various videos on Youtube, I decided to give it a try. I did the water test and then cooked my first meal, a beef pot roast. Prep 15 min. Cook 60 minutes, natural release for 15. Melt in your mouth pot roast!!! This pot does everything! Warning, you may never use your stove again lol... There is a recipe book included, plus there are lots of sites on Facebook and video's on Youtube to help you cook up a storm. I'm sold on Instant Pot. I wish I would have known about them sooner. Included with your Instant Pot are a quick guide, recipe book, manual, metal rack, ladle, rice spoon and measuring cup. Other accessories are sold on your Wal-Mart app page. Good Luck
