    I used this one just like my old air fryer and ended up almost setting off the smoke alarm. Truly no extra oil is need but if you are goin to use extra oil put water in the pan! second there is an automatic preheat wait to insert your food. the keep warm does just that does not over cook This is our only oven (just two small eaters) and it cook everything we eat simply. My husband uses it for everything he needs to cook also We have enjoyed it from the start
