Works well for my baby's fever! My daughter has been suffering from fever for days, and we gave her this as what her doctor prescribe. We also give this to her before and after her vaccine. She likes it and unlike other brands, she doesn't spit it after we give it to her!

Red dye 40
I cannot believe they'd put red 40 in an infant product like this. It's not safe for anyone and is KNOWN to cause a hyperactive reaction. It's specifically avoided by parents with children who have adhd and other similar challenges. I wish I'd read the ingredients, that's my own fault, but it's made for babies! So when I gave it to my 9 month old last night (she has shots yesterday) she went NUTS. It was scary, she was unable to stop moving around. It was like her normal play but on crack and x10. She was so tired, but I couldn't get her to settle down. She normally goes to bed around 8:30, she was up until 10:00, totally unable to settle down. I've given her this Tylenol a couple of times before and did notice that she had a hard time settling down but last night was scary. It was as if she were driven by a motor, she wasn't in the driver seat. Her body was just going without her having much to do with it it seemed. I'm throwing this out now and NEVER giving it to my children again. Motrin is dye free. WHY would Tylenol not be too??

Parents Lifesaver!

Works everytime I need it! As a first time mom I'm learning as I go. My pediatrician recommended this and based on lots of research I've done, Tylenol is the only safe and useful way to help a teething/sick infant. My son is 6 months old and popping 4 teeth at once, I would lose it if I didn't have Tylenol and had to watch him suffer!

Quick and effective! Works in about 30-45 minutes usually.

Test out different flavors tho. My son would spit half of it out with cherry flavor, but LOVES grape and never spits it out, so I know he got his dose and don't have to worry about how much of the medicine actually went down.

My only issue with Tylenol is the syringe for infants, you can never get all of the medicine out of the tip of syringe. So you're always wasting some with each time you give it and on the bottle I have the tip is very long.. otherwise I'm happy with this product!

Essential for baby first aid kit

Since Tylenol is the first pain reliever and fever reducer you can give to babies, I made sure to have a bottle on hand when I put our baby's first aid kit together before he was born. I had to give it to my son when he was two months old, and he tolerated it well. I've used both grape and cherry, and he definitely prefers the grape, but that's probably going to vary by baby.

I love that they put that stopper in the top so you can draw the appropriate amount out with the syringe. It keeps the whole syringe from getting super sticky, and it's easier to measure the exact quantity without spilling.

Love this for my son, except I prefer the dye free version. It's helped many times with fevers, it's flavor is mild and he will definitely take it with no issue. It is affordable and our first pick usually.
