I like this product.

As someone who will be 70 next year, with Arthritis (hands, etc.), I found your hot water dispenser excellent and easy to use. The handle does not require one to turn but only to push on (down) or off (up), so that was easy on the 'hands'. Aloha, MDW

Can't be without...but loud, and tank doesn't last

We our on our third insinkerator hot water dispenser in 14 years. We seem to have a leaky tank every 4-5 years. We use it a lot and can't be without one now though :) It can also be loud when it is heating up. Each evolution of the product has gotten a little better, but still wish it would last longer. The wood bottom under our sink can't take much more of the leaks that go undiscovered for weeks.
