Great recipes and very handy
This item is great to have on hand when you need garlic in a pinch. I used to be a stickler for only using fresh garlic in recipes, and I still sometimes am. However, I have noticed that for things you slow cook and for soups, sometimes minced preserved garlic works very well. I purchas both this brand and the great value brand, and like to keep them on hand.
