Children 1-3 Years, Take 5 mL (1 Teaspoonful) 3 Times Daily. Children 4 Years and Older, Take 10 mL (2 Teaspoonfuls) 3 Times Daily.
Instructions
Children 1 to 3 years = 5 mL per serving
Children 4+ years = 10 mL per serving
Shake well before using. Take up to 3 times per day. When using with Kids Organic Cough & Immune Nighttime, do not exceed a total of 4 combined servings per day. Use product within 90 days of opening.

Game Changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waking up to sick kids is one of the worst things ever. Thankfully having Hyland's in the house takes away some of the misery! My daughter hates taking medicine, but thankfully takes this with little to no tears because the taste is so tolerable. She always seems more comfortable after a dose and I feel better giving it to her knowing it's organic!

Kids love it, Parent Approved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love this so much that they think it's pancake syrup. It really doesn't taste bad like those other medicine. It's organic and taste really good. The problem I often have with other kids medicine is the taste which makes it a struggle to get my kids to drink it, I'm so glad they love the taste which makes my job as parent easy to help boost their immune system.

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a huge fan of the Hyland products when it comes to medicine for my 4 kids. They love the taste and don't argue when I ask them to take it. I feel like it works quickly when my kids are sick. The daytime formula makes them feel much better after taking it so they aren't miserable all day I highly recommend this medication!
