Directions: For itching of skin irritation, inflammation, and rashes. For external anal and genital itching, adults: When practical, clean the affected area with mild soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly. Gently dry by patting or blotting with toilet tissue or a soft cloth before applying. Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Adults and Children 2 Years of Age and Older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children Under 2 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Children Under 12 Years of Age: Ask a doctor.

Cortisone cream more natural

I am using this to regain a proper circadian rhythm after adrenal dysregulation which followed thyroid dysregulation caused by dental mercury poisoning . This is the only cortisone creme without multiple toxic ingredients. I use it 4X/day in gradually decreasing amounts.

The best !

Hydrocortisone by itself doesnt easily absorb into the skin and is not moisturising. BUT THIS CREAM has been a life saver for me. Its combination of ingredients makes it easier to spread on the skin and rub in. Has helped with eczema rashes and has stopped me scratching away. Love this cream, will be buying more.
