Great book great recipes no artificial sweeteners all wholesome food that could be in anyone's Pantry at any time. I like the fact that there's nothing out of the ordinary to purchase except our basic Staples and lean meats. Very happy about this book it shows all the caloric information which makes it easy to figure out my points being on Weight Watchers.
got this book as I am on weight watchers. The recipes are good and easy to make along with being filling. The only real problem is that you always have to look up the Smart Points for each recipe because they are not listed in the book. I wish that there would be more main courses also but I use Hungry Girl website all the time for different main courses I would definitely recommend to try it!
I have read the book cover to cover and have bookmarked at least 30 recipes to try first. Smart Points are easy to find online. The recipes are easy to shop for and make, delicious, and the portions are satisfying.
I was so looking forward to getting this book and I was right. She has a ton of suggestions, and recipes that are great! I'm really looking forward to trying some of these. I'm trying a cleaner approach for my family and love this. I now want ALL of her books!
