Not sure why anyone would buy the more expensive product. I guess a fool and his money soon doth part LOL! Anyway, I now have Humco's glycerin along with their castor oil. I was always on the internet looking for products that would work well on my course 4b/4c natural hair. I have been natural for little over 2 years and this product arrived before that date I anticipated. And, I must say I used it just like the reviews on Walmart stated and it works. And along with that the Biotin by Spring Valley is great as well. I noticed a difference in my hair and skin. Thanks to everyone who reviewed this product and gave their opinion. Thank you! Oh I forgot to mentioned how I use the glycerin. 50/50 with your conditioner. Let it sit and rinse out. My hair is super super soft. No need for a perm .Deejz9514

I use to apply oil and creams almost 5 times in a day and no satisfactory result . But glycerine worked wonder . My mother always use to use glycerine and no other moisturizer. Many drug stores do not carry glycerine even though it is an essential ingredient for several health and beauty products.
