Last week I ordered a Hoover WindTunnel Platinum Cyclonic bagless canister (model S3865) - it arrived today, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the machine. Off the bat, I found that the machine is heavy, and reasonably solid in it's construction. The WindTunnel Power Nozzle drives itself across the carpet, and the swivel neck makes getting into nooks and crannies really really easy. I found the onboard crevice tool & dusting brush got in the way being mounted on the pistol grip, and overall were a low spot (I wound up taking them off and putting them on a shelf with the TURBO tool and bare floor tool). I did find the PN height adjustment intriguing, I can't tell if its electric adjustment from the floor head or manual when you ...

it was broken right out of the box
I need a plastic part that holds the powerhead arm upright. i contacted customer service and they would not send me the part. instead i would have to drive 12 miles each way with the whole vacum to an authorized service center. that would be a total of 48 miles to replace a plastic part they could ship to me and i could snap on the power head in 10 seconds, i am just debating sending the vacum back to walmart which is 2 miles away.JoeA1234

I had many vacuum cleaners over the past 20 years and this is the best one ever ! easy to use, great power, bagless, quiet, the small accessories and very heplful. What I like the most is the carpet brush is so flexible, and well designed that it cleans under any furniture ! even a low couch that is usually hard to reach ! wonderful !boudinette

I clean floors, rugs, furniture. Its picks up dirt, dog hair, you name it it does it. Love this new toy, makes my life easier.kdac
