Dehumidifier arrived on time and functioned as expected out of the box. Have had it running just a few weeks so can not comment of the longevity of the dehumidifier. Do like that it was easy to use the hose attachment to bypass the bucket and eliminate the need to empty the bucket on a regular basis.

always get the pump feature, it's worth it.

It was easy to set up, and the pump feature is a lifesaver in the American South. Before I got it, there was condensation in the windows, but afterward, it pulled the humidity down from 70% to 30%, no problem.
