So disappointed - Beelink SER 8

This product arrived without sealed original wrapping, did not contain use manual or original documents of any kind, was already set up to UK region (did not boot up and go through new set-up, and had only 200 gb if memory as opposed to the standard 1TB. I find this very frustrating and now I must go through the long return process awaiting this seller to receive the original item and true process refund back to me. I certainly hope Walmart insures that the refund will go through as I spent just under $800 on this worthless purchase.
