Shattered table top

I am very disappointed. I sent two request back to the company. The table top was shattered when I got received it and I just wanted a new table top sent to me. They did not send me any requested. They received my damage report they were supposed to send me a request within 48 hours they have not did that yet, I put everything together and I'm still waiting to hear something back. That is the only thing that I'm waiting to hear back from. I have pictures that it was shattered when I received it. I just wanted it replaced the table top. That's all that's the only thing that was wrong. It was shattered when I received it , other than that is fantastic thank you very much

Even though there were no directions, it only took a couple of hours to put together. Be sure to have a ratchet screw driver handy. Bonus points if your husband is an engineer. The furniture itself is fine. It IS small. Take the time to understand the dimensions. The seat cushions are absolute CRAP. Visually, they're perfect. Functionally, they'll drive you to drink. They squish down to nothing, providing scant support. The 'slip and slide' material is another challenge. I guess you could make a game out of this feature - 'who can stay in their chair the longest?!' There's a reason it's 'on sale'.

NO Screws Loose Here

The boxes arrived as if they had been previously opened. Despite their condition I was required to retain these scraps of a cardboard box to be able to return. However, after unboxing I discovered that NONE of the screws were inside any of the boxes that arrived. NO screws. Horrible experience.
