i use a recipee i got online for wholewheat bread and i weigh the flour and take the temperature of the water. it works great. thanks wal-mart for another great product!!!! a recipee book comes with it. 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 cups flour. 1/3 cup honey 2 tablespoons safflower oil 2 teaspoons salt,1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespons 120 degree water, and 2 teaspoons active dry yeast and thats it!!!!
