Great Printer

I brought this Printer a week ago, and all i can say is that I honestly loved it. It was a big upgrade from HP Office Jet 4365 to Office Jet Pro 9014. Never can go wrong with HP because I've been having my old printer for about 4 years and still going strong. The reason I upgrade because I'm homeschooling. Printer prints really fast and the printing quality for pictures is amazing. The best part of purchasing this printer is the customer service chat representative were very helpful and they helped me decide which printer to purchase and fit my needs. Also very fast delivery and on time. Thank you HP.

I was so skeptical about purchasing a new printer. I spoke with the sales associate and told her my concerns, needs and wants. While I was looking at one model she was showing me different model that she said would meet my needs and wants. She also quelled my concerns when explaining the features of the one she had picked out. It turned out to be the best decision and cheaper than the one I was looking at. Added bonus that it has a usb connection for thumb drive! Also alot more colorful and smaller than the one I had. Set up was a breeze! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Purchase received on 9/9/2019 but wife was in hospital. Did not get it installed until a month later 10/9/2019. Still getting used to it but everything works great. Purchased instant ink. (I think old ink made my old printer's print heads go bad but it was getting quite old.) This one cost just a little more than replacement print heads. Only wish the flatbed scanner was larger. Flatbed is 8.5 X 11 wish it was 14. But other than that this makes a perfect printer for my needs. Because it is wireless I can keep it on a rolling stand. That is a great feature. Due to my wife being exceedingly sick I have moved my computer into the bedroom. I can use the printer remotely or roll it into the bedroom. Love the scan to e-mail feature. Usually keep it in another room but picture shows it on a bedside table in the bedroom. Keep it on the bedside table all of the time and role it into the bedroom when I am using it a lot and want to be close to it... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I'm very happy with my purchase. I bought this about 1 1/2 months ago. So far this machine has been very useful for me. I bought this same one for me- as well as this same one for my Mom. I bought this Office Jet Pro about weeks ago and have been thrilled. As so many lawyers are doing, I upgraded my home office for the current work from home orders. It came as scheduled, was easy to set up and has taken the doubt out of that end of my work. I use it primarily for printing and scanning. Its my second HP of this type (other located in our second home) and both are well-designed and reliable. I like the ease of loading the copy and the paper and replacing the cartridges. I love this printer. The setup out of the box took a total of 15 minutes. The printer's touchscreen walks you through the setup process to make it very easy. I am ecstatic to finally be able to print from my iphone. This printer has a lot of amazing features. It prints 2 sided copes. It will also scan a 2 sided document as well. It has fax features but I won't be using that. It has a passport photo option. The printer has it's own email address that you can print to from anywhere. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is a refreshing multi-function printer that will outperform many printers in this category. I have always purchased HP Office Jet multi-function printers over the years and each time the technology and overall quality seem to improve. The 9015 model was a beauty straight out of the box with the smooth edges and nice color display. I was able to put it all together in less than 10 minutes due to setting up wireless connections and verification of joining their Instant Ink program that is optional and you get four months free for signing up for the monthly program. It gives you the option to choose how many pages you think you will print in a month and it lets unused pages roll over in the next month to sometimes save you some money. The printer is fast and quieter than prior models while it produces up 22 pages per minute and has an automatic two-sided scan and copy features. The document feeder on this new model can handle up to 35 pages of documents at a time. I put the automatic feeder to the test and used only 15 pages and expected it to jam but it worked perfectly. One of the best aspects of this printer is that it works with the HP smart app which I put on my phones and tablets along with laptops to be able to print remotely and keep up on the latest ink levels in case one is running low. The company has keyed in on using smart tasks to simplify common tasks while using Google Drive, quick books along with voice-enabled smart devices such as Alexa and Google Assistant. Another positive change is the focus on WIFI security with the printer and has even added basic encryption along with other methods to minimize the damage of private data being hacked. The company also states that it has “Self-healing WIFI” which works behind the scenes to make sure that your printer stays connected to your password-protected WIFI network. I was pleased to be able to try out the feature since I run 2 different WIFI networks for home and business use. I have not had any connectivity issues with the printer since I purchased it. It is refreshing because in the past my printer would have WIFI access but seemed to have issues many times or there was an unreasonable wait time for everything to process. I now can relax when I go to start printing many items because the printer is online and works from all of my devices at home through the HP print app. Overall, I am pleased with the versatility and cutting-edge technology this printer provides. I find that this was an economical choice for a high-quality machine and a better way for me to manage the printing costs for my business. I am also glad I can use the HP app to integrate with other apps for keeping my receipts together or printing important appointment or meeting details. I appreciate the fact that I have the flexibility to store items on a device or in a cloud service and then print them efficiently and quickly with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015.

The printer is perfect for personal and business use! Setup of the printer is easy. I just had to plug it in, connect it to my WiFi network and my computer took it from there. The cartridges are a good size and pretty simple to install - maybe too simple. I usually have to force cartridges in and wait for the "click" but these slid in with no problem. I print a lot of colorful reports, scrapbooking pages and all kinds of labels. The quality is very crisp and consistent across pages. The cartridges seem to yield a good amount of pages. I have not run out of ink yet. I really enjoy using the app with this printer. I have printed documents while at work directly via the app. Having this capability has really enhanced my experience. My husband enjoys the dual-sided scanning option. This is a feature that we did not have with our previous printer (HP Photosmart 5522). Prior to purchasing this printer, we would have to go to a store that offered dual-sided scanning but now we can do it from home. I highly recommend this printer to anyone that is doing a bit more than basic print jobs and looking for a bit more power. It is ideal for home office! I am all in all happy with my printer...however, I hate the fact that it is necessary to take all the paper out just to print an envelope! If I am missing something please let me know.
