I needed a reliable fax and copier for my home and one that would connect well with my laptop. This is by far the easiest, and productive machine I've ever had. I am able to do everything I had expected and the set up couldn't be better. Very simple instructions and I'm very pleased with this purchase. It doesn't take up much space, compliments my laptop and PC. Works like a champ!

Poor performance
Not recommended for Chrome users although we are not sure that is the problem. Unable to sync the available drivers with the printer. Updated, reinstalled, reinitiated wi-fi etc. absolutely nothing worked! Had to send it back along with this poor review. I did buy another printer (instaink compatible as well). It's on it's way now, sure hope it works or they will get it back too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love it!

I bought this item less than 3 weeks ago for me to complete my work at home tasks. I upgraded from the HP printer that I currently had but didn't have the features that I need. I spoke with a HP representative. She was very informative and help me to decide on the perfect match. The printer I initially wanted was out of stock but that was ok. Now I am able to do my daily work functions with no problems. Great purchase!!!!
I bought this printer to replace another HP that quit working. I had a very difficult time setting it up. The only instructions were some pictures which were inadequate and confusing. I spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support getting it set up. The printer works very well, but I almost sent it back because of the poor instructions!
I have had this printer for a while now and absolutely love it. It delivers high quality print in vibrant colors and quickly! Easy to use and it has many excellent features that deliver outstanding print jobs as well as easy to use scan and copy functions. A great, high performance all in one for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
Just got it hooked up last night to replace my old HP Printer. My son-in-law hooked it up for me but we had trouble and talked to two supposed tech people thru HP who tried to help and ended up trying to sell us a package for virus removal etc. My son-in-law continued and was able to of apparent problems with my computer. It is a great printer and I know I will be happy with it. I seems convenient and easy to use.
This device is the best Printer that I have owned. The capabilities are perfect for printing out my school work and has also my increased my capabilities for finishing and printing my other office work at home. The pages turn out phenomenal with very vivid colors. I love that this printer is wireless and being able to print off my phone,tàblet and other devices by Bluetooth is awesome at makes it where you are not constraint to one area of your home in order to be able to use this Printer. Besides just printing ,scanning is another feature that I use daily from my office work to school work sharing with my peers and co-workers is made easy with this printer. The features are easy to use and the attached screen is easy to view and select what you would like to do.I definitely recommend this device to anyone interested in purchasing a printer anytime soon. This is my first HP printer, due to I'm used to cheaper ones from the past. I will say, this was easier to setup, due to the instructions and the guidance on the touch screen. Installing ink was easier than others I've used in the past too, which is a huge plus. When printing from my phone, it was amazingly easy to sync to with no issues. Huge plus when having stuff emailed and it needs to be printed. When setting up to wifi, that was also easy using the touchscreen to enter the password on. I had no difficulties at all when doing that.
Now to the printing. The quality and color was amazing. No fading, which has happened in the past on other printers when using for the first time, so this is a big deal to me. I love how easy it is to put the paper in and pull the tray out, no jamming or anything like that. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The print head on my Larger cooler went. For a little more than the cost of a new print head, I was able to get this new printer. Works perfectly for my home office. It was easy to set up, takes less space and does the four basic functions I need. Excellent value!
Been very happy overall with this 3-in-1 printer. HP Support recommended it based on the criteria I gave them. It more than meets my needs, including being not too expensive. (Although I don't do any high volume printing, I've noticed the receiving area seems to be pretty shallow. Nothing has ever jammed, but I do keep an eye on the page accumulation.)
This printer is much easier to set up. It's almost automatically done after connecting the power cable to the electrical outlet. I replaced from HP ENVY Photo 7800 to HP Office Jet Pro 8035 because of the troublesome of set up. Only one problem is that two or three sheet of papers comes out together occasionally when printing.
