HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Color All-in-One Wireless Printer

I ordered this online. Shipping was fast and I couldn't be happier with my new HP Officejet 8025. It was a piece of cake to set up. As soon as I plugged it in, a set-up process popped up on the computer screen and walked me right through it. Sharp printing with cartridges that offer more pages per cartridge than my last HP. I like especially the double-sided copy feature. I was contacted by customer support a couple days after I received it to be sure there were no issues - very professional.

I used a HP printer for many years and loved it until a component in the paper feeder broke. I couldn't find a replacement part on the very confusing, incoherent HP website, which you need to improve HP! I went to the Walmart website specifically looking for a HP printer. The HP 8025 seemed to have everything I needed and was in my price range...below $200. Ordered it online and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived almost a week earlier than the estimated delivery date. Dealing with computer issues tend to drive me up the wall, so I had already planned to hire someone to set it up. But, to my amazement, set-up was very simple. I just followed the clear, step-by-step directions and there were no problems. Also, this printer is significantly lighter than my previous one. When I was deciding which printer to purchase, I read a review complaining that the 8025 was slow. Not mine! It spits out a copy with such speed and force that if that little paper catcher isn't up, you'll be picking the copy off the floor. Good, clear copies. I'm totally satisfied with the 8025. Highly recommend!

I bought this printer a few weeks ago and it was shipped to me without a hitch. I like the new printer. After only 3 weeks of recovering from shoulder surgery, I was able to easily get this printer out of the box and hook it up. There's just one cord that plugs in the back of it and into the wall. Using the model number, I went online to download the software. I was able to print out my flight information for an upcoming trip. No sweat! The print job was crisp and clear. I also signed up for their ink program, so I never have to worry about running out of ink. As a teacher, I often run copies and print things at home. I don't want to wait for the copier at work. So far I am extremely happy with this printer. I've always used HP printers and this one is the best by far. Very easy to set up, got my Instant Ink account cancelled on my old printer and set up on here thanks to some very helpful HP people. This printer is so much faster I can't believe it. I'll be waiting on it to finish printing a couple of pages and it's already done. Also a new thing for me, if you need to copy two sides of something no more flipping it and taking the sheet of paper out and running it through again. This one you just flip the item over and it prints both sides and prints it out with out having to re-feed the paper. Love it, If you are thinking about this printer, don't hesitate. Everything is good. Easy set up. Only issue is scanning. When I scan a white document it scans through as a colored piece of paper. I work for attorneys and submitting a colored document to a judge is not an option. I have been trying through the Print & Scan Doctor and email help, I have not yet been able to fix the problem.

I enjoy this printer. It prints double sided and color printed pages pretty fast. Setup and use was simple and I enjoy the option of the instant ink. I of course signed up to try out the service and received my first batch of ink in less than two weeks from signing up. Accessing and adding the cartridges was simple. I had to use just a little force to put the last cartridge in but aside from that no problems. Connecting to my home wi-fi network was effortless. I am now able to print from my computer, tablet, and phone without too much work. I previously used an Epson All in one which this nice new printer has replaced. The interface is simple and uncomplicated. The only concern that I've had so far was with it going to sleep after initially setting it up. The printer made some odd beeps for about an hour in 15 minute intervals which alarmed me. That has since stopped. O love the overall look of this desk jet pro model. There is even a 35mm film slot for your negatives to print photos. No complicated attachments to print them. Hp covered the basic necessities with this printer while also making it an easy go to printer for my printing needs on a whim. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
