FedEx delivery has no communications anymore

I only disliked the delivery. FedEx delivered one day earlier than Walmart said they would and regardless of my objections and trying to reach a "human being," there was no way! I left a note on the door that I had been told it would NOT be delivered until next day and NOT to leave it. Delivery person tore note off door and took it; left box wedged in where I could not open the door till I got help next day! I couldn't have lifted it even if I could get the door open!

Very please with printer. HP support disappointing

My HP Officejet 8015 was easy to set up and I would recommend it to anyone. The price was right for me within my budget. The features are easy to use and understand but, I need to point out a concern about HP support. I was installing the software on the printer when I received a phone call from HP Support wanting to assist me with setting up the printer. Earlier I was in a chat session with , I guess she was an HP person she asked me for my name my phone number my e-mail address and apparently, she gave it to some technician and that prompted this technician to call me. What concerns me is this technician remote into my machine with Tech view had me close out everything I was doing and he said my laptop is not communicating with the printer. He asked me if I had any security software installed like McAfee or Norton installed. I told him no and he said that is why the laptop is not communicating with the printer. He said I won't be able to set up the printer until I get some security software like Norton or McAfee or AVG installed on my machine. Then he started pointing out the prices of each one to me. I told him no I do not need security software installed. Shortly after that I terminated the call. Hey HP please tell your technicians to stop selling items for companies just stick to the script or don't call it all. I hope this helps.
