Efficient and Reliable
The HP LaserJet Pro M15 printer is extremely efficient. This HP LaserJet printer is exactly what I needed. I'm tired of dealing with ink cartridges that dry up before I can get much use out of them. This HP LaserJet printer takes a toner cartridge, like you'd expect to see on much larger printers. The toner cartridge is rated for 1000 sheets, which is double the capability of even the extra large ink cartridges. The speed at which this printer can print is very impressive. It's rated for 19 full sheets per minute. For a LaserJet printer it's small. Most LaserJet printers for home use are three times as large and weigh so much they're extremely difficult to move. This one is light, anyone could pick it up and move it wherever they need it to be. This is a bare bones printer. You prep it by readying the toner, plug it into your computer via USB, turn it on, install software, and you're ready to go. You can be printing jobs within 5 minutes. I love the simplicity of this printer, nothing confusing and it's easy to use. Once it runs out of toner, you pop the front open, pull out the old cartridge and pop in a new one, in 30 seconds you're done. The M15 is monochrome only, so it only prints in black ink. Perfect for a home office. I typically only ever require my printer for documents, usually related to my work, health insurance, or taxes. There are no programmable features and no wireless printing. Which is exactly what I like, the simplicity of this printer makes printing quick and easy. The quality of printed documents is excellent, on par with your average high end LaserJet printer. If you're looking for something fancy, then you're going to want to look elsewhere. If you want something reliable, that is going to turn on and print your documents quickly and easily, then this printer is perfect for that. I have absolutely zero complaints about this printer, 5 stars, very satisfied.

*****NOT A WIFI PRINTER******
This is not a wireless printer. Walmart does not do a good job putting the details in on this. most newer wireless routers have a USB port and some of them allow you to use them as a print server and all devices on the network will be able to print, but this will take some work. the documentation that comes with this printer is a joke. it tells you to download the hp app and press the wireless button on the printer( this printer doesn't have a wireless button so the app is useless). You should probably only buy this if you are good with technology. On the plus side it is a nice consumer grade laser printer at a low price.

Very compact, slick

It's a simple, quality, no bull kind of printer, that's for sure. This takes up less space than my 15-inch laptop, so it saves a considerable amount of desk and table space. It does what it's designed to do with minimal distractions and complications. Just plug your laptop/PC to the printer with the supplied USB cable and print (but first, you must do setup). There are only a couple buttons, making it super simple in terms of how uncomplicated this printer gets, but it also does not include any scanning capabilities. If you are like most people though, you have a smart phone that already does a fine job at scanning. Just send the scan over to your computer and print.

The setup was just as easy, but I understand that many people may try to use the supplied CD that it comes with. While there's nothing wrong with that, it usually comes with buggy outdated drivers/firmwares. So, I highly recommend saving yourself the headache and download all the software you need directly from HP's website. I guarantee you this will eliminate possible headaches like connectivity issues and installation problems that may arise.

It prints great. The quality is great and the speed is excellent. The quality looks better than my other printer, which is admittingly less dpi than this one (this one is up to 600x600 dpi). I'm just surprised at the quality of the print. It prints very quietly as well.

This model is not Wifi – just putting it out there for those who are looking for that. It does not have scanning capabilities built onto this printer. What this is, is a single-computer-connected printer. You can put this printer on the network via the PC that it's connected to, but only if the PC remains on.

Simple and efficient

The HP Laser Jet M15a Printer is a really nice little printer. It is physically smaller than most printers. This is awesome for having a printer that does not take up a lot of desk space. It does not have an option for printing in color. I am ok with this because most of my printing is for college papers. It prints very quickly. It is louder than I expected for a laser printer. It does not store as much paper as most other printers. The paper is bottom loaded and releases pages at the top. Like all laser printers it uses a toner instead of ink cartridges. I prefer toners over the ink cartridges because they have a longer life before you have to replace them. When the toner runs low, you can shake it to get a little extra life out of them at the end.

The printer is very easy to setup or break down. It took about five minutes for me to setup. This five minutes includes the time for my computer to install a driver. I would very much recommend this printer for friends and family that just needed a simple printer to print with. It does not have a lot of extra bells and whistles like scanning or color printing, but it serves its purpose perfectly.

Compact and fast

This an absolutely great product! I acquired this product because I have documents to print at my home and this is super helpful. The printer is super compact but it doesn't mean that is not completely functional. It is very reliable and I can print a lot with only one toner. It is easy to understand the panel control- that has four light patterns. I can print A4 sheets and envelopes. It is very precise and very economic. It is up to someone if want to print WiFi or using a USB cable. It is worth the investment.

Space saver!

Not only is this laser printer small and compact, its quick and convenient. It can be put just about anywhere and not be in the way. The set up is super easy to do, and only takes a few minutes. Instructions are easy to read and follow as well. It prints clearly and doesn't make a bunch of noise. I am very happy with this, and use it often. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has limited space to put a printer.

1. Yes, you can print envelopes on this printer. Because it's a laser printer, you probably don't want to print envelopes with a plastic covered window. The fuser that melts the toner from the printer may cause issues with the thin plastic.
