Love the printer. It took me a few days before I could set up my printer tho because you have to have the hp smart app to use or setup the printer. Well for days I couldn't get the app to download on my phone, laptop, and tablet. Then one day the app actually appeared in the play store and would actually let me download it. So everything finally worked out in the end. Just be careful before you buy an hp printer that your phone etc has the hp smart app in your play store and that your phone will download it!

The printer set up?
This printer is very lightweight. It only comes with a power cord and one black and one color ink cartridge. The set up was a nightmare. I was only interested in wireless communication with the printer. After trying for one hour to get the printer setup with the little instructions that came with the printer to no avail, I thought. Let me see if anyone on YouTube has a video showing how to set up this printer. I got lucky. After watching the video. I had the printer up in running in about 15min..Everything about the printer and the software is very slow. When you ask the printer to do a task. Be patient, it will start its job eventually.
Very nice and light weight
I got this printer for being a reviewer for Walmart. I was getting ready to get a new printer so this worked out for me.
This HP printer is very nice and light weight. It comes with the ink already and has a program you can join ( optional ) that will automatically order ink when it gets low. My choice is to take care of that myself.
The printer is very easy to pick up and carry, program to work and add the ink to.
I really like it. I wanted one with a fax feature but I can go to the library for this.
I havent used it much since I really just got it but that will come in time.
Love, Love, Love!
This is my first HP printer, and I hooked it up as soon as it arrived, because my old printer was on its last leg. My overall impression so far: I love how it prints and the clarity of the printed fonts. I like that it prints faster than my old printer. I love that it's not nearly as noisy as my old printer. It has a small footprint, which is advantageous if you don't have much room for it on your desk. This is an all-in-one printer, so you can make copies and scan documents. Another plus, it's a very lightweight printer! Cons: I don't like that the color ink is in one cartridge. The issue with this is that when one ink runs out, you have to replace the whole cartridge. In general, though, this is a sweet printer, and I would recommend it, particularly if you don't plan on printing a lot of color. I really can't complain...this is the perfect printer for a small home or business office!
It's A Jet Setter
We have 2 other HP printers and this one the HP2752 is a jet setter also!!!!!! the wifi does good and we have slow internet, copies or scans items you need perfectly.very easy to set up and install ink cartridges. Printing color items are very impressive. for a good basic wifi printer,scanner/copier is very much recommended, check it out yourself on hp's web!! Good Printing !!
I've owned an HP printer years ago
and with this printer, you can do so much
more without having to stand there and wait
for your copies...you can leave and do the job
away from home through your smartphone.. The
set up was quick and easy through the HP
smart app but at times there's glitches I believe
With the app itself and not so much the Wi-fi.
We love our printer but had to hook up print cable
I bought 3 weeks ago a really good quality prints.. But had to hook up cables, wifi kept dropping off network connection.. Printer should come with cable so if someone else had the same problem we did..
You need a smartphone to do setup but it's easy
This is a very lightweight printer, that works for me, I have 2 laser printers and they weigh a ton and take up alot of room. This inkjet is less than 10lbs so you can put it where you want it, I tucked it up under a cabinet. I am not young so when I opened the box and the top of the instructions said open an app on your phone, I was a little intimidated but that is just so you can watch a little video setup thing that you control the speed of so that is nice. You are smoothly guided through the steps and one of the purposes of the smartphone thing is to connect the printer to your wireless network and I think also to allow you to print from your phone (Like a boarding pass or receipt, that I am a fan of).The only downside is I didn't like having to setup an HP account on my phone and I didn't like the instant ink promo. That made be feel a little strongarmed BUT you don't have to do it so I didn't sign up for that. I will buy ink when I need it, I don't need someone to send it on a regular basis as you could end up with ink you are not using and ink is not cheap but this ink cartridge is not as bad as some, just price checked and it is under $18 for each standard size tank and it only uses 2 (1 black, 1 tricolor). I have been trying to print something from my phone and I finally figured out how to do it. If you are young, you should have no problem. I am 65 and I installed the plugin but when it came down to printing the item, it said waiting, then busy and it did not print after 10 min. so I may have more work to do.
HP DeskJet All-in-one Printer
I was so excited when I received my HP DeskJet All-in-one Printer and hurrily opened it up the day it came. I really like how lightweight it is and I like the design. According to the directions it appeared to be an easy setup. However, this was not to be. First of all I couldn't get the app to download; ( not happy that you need an app in the first place) I'll admit that my phone is older ( ancient by some standards). So I did the next best thing I waited until my 20 something daughter came home and ask her to set it up. Her phone is newer than mine so I assumed she would have no problem. Unfortunately she too could not get the app to download to her phone. So I have this nice printer that still is not set up. I know there's supposed to be another way to set this printer up but I have not tried because my computer is even older than my phone and I ran out of patience. I will try to set this printer up again and try to write another review so as I can say how it actually works. As an older person with older out of date technology I can't recommend this product unless you have newer versions of technology.
Not for a beginner
The HP Deskjet Plus 2700 might be a great printer with lots of features, but is not easy to set up. I downloaded the HP Smart App onto my Ipad, but never was able to establish connection with my wifi. Then I somehow did a hotspot transfer to my Iphone and got the phone connected to the printer. Since nothing worked step-by-step, I still don't know how I actually got it to work. Now, I am noticing when I try to print the printer has gone to sleep or on standby and is not responding. The only way I can get it to print is to unplug from outlet to “reset” it. Will take lots more time of reading online manual and troubleshooting FAQ to figure this printer out.
