NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS
Never got to use it because we couldn't get it set up and working and couldn't find a support number anywhere just found an email so I sent an email and the email plainly stated they would call you. well that didn't happen. they sent an email back and it told us some things to do and it still wouldn't work so I sent an email AGAIN explaining that I couldn't get it going with the email and ask why we hadn't gotten a call like the email stated and NOTHING wow what a joke! so I took it back and got my money back because someone else will be more than happy to get my money for a camera!
Motionless Motion Detecting with failures galore!
All around failure. Setup was difficult as it would not show the wifi settings button on the smartphone app as described in the directions. I had to contact support via online chat, and they explained it was because of my phone's font size. Nonetheless, after almost 1 hour of messing around I was finally able to get it connected. Then, the geo-fencing feature was not working properly, as it would often say I was there when I wasn't there, thus disabling the motion sensing. Speaking of the motion sensing, the device would notify me about every 4-5 minutes of motion detected. Overall it notified my over 100 times in 2 days (actually more, I lost count). Only once was there actual motion nearby (cleaning person). Then, after about 10 notifications the video clips stopped working altogether and I was presented with only a green screen. Lastly, to top it off, the device became disconnected from the network and unable to reconnect. This was just a frustrating device and overall waste of my time. I switched to the Canary View, same price, and it has worked perfectly now for two days.
