Sweet Cinnamon, not hot.

This was great. I didn't know you had to be careful and order a "sweet" cinnamon, like this one--probably from Ceylon. The Vietnamese and Saigon ones are "hot", and not meant for cinnamon rolls, etc.

Spicy nice

Has a very nice taste. Not too harsh, as some brands can be. I found it to be a delicious flavor. I used it in my pumpkin muffins & crumb topping. Yummy
