I love this dollhouse. I have most of it completed at this time. The only really bad thing about the kit is the directions are terrible. It tells me three different times to put on the window boxes. I am kinda mechanically inclined so it is really easy for me to figure it out. The dollhouse is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I knew going into making a dollhouse I was most likely going to have to put more trim in the house however there is so much trim already included. I am also noticing that if I keep some of the scraps of wood left over from the sheets you punch out, I will be able to create the trim and possibly additional furniture for the house. I was even surprise that there were doors for in between the rooms. You will need some wood filler to help with filling in a few things but overall the kit is wonderful.
The picture I am including is the progress so far. All that is left is the porch and roof. :)
