Ingredients: Salt, Onion, Red & Green Bell Peppers, Spices, Yeast Extract, Carrot, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Protein and Wheat Gluten, Sugar, Cornstarch, Paprika, Garlic, Natural Flavor, Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate
Instructions: Oven cook - From Ambient - Instructions:. 1 Preheat oven to 350F. Remove roasting bag from package and unfold. Arrange bag in 13x9x2 baking pan. 2 Trim fat from a 3 to 4 pound chuck roast. Place in roasting bag. 3 Combine Seasoning Blend and cup water in a small bowl. Pour over roast. 4 Close bag loosely with black nylon tie to allow steam to escape. 5 Bake in lower half of oven 2 hours. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut across top of bag. Remove roast and serve with juices. Important: Roasting bag should not touch oven walls or racks. Allow at least 8 inches for bag to expand during cooking. Do not use under broiler.
