Love it! Nice texture. Makes Great Toast! Not sweet and mild flavor, so it tastes good with everything. Does not have any of that bitter wheat flavor. Since we have discovered it, it is our staple bread. It is also lower in calories per slice than regular bread. Please keep this in stock!!!!!!!!

Hard to find, but very good
We LOVE this bread! It has great flavor and texture and makes a nice sandwich. The fact that it's half the calories of other organic breads is another plus in our book. The price is slightly under other name brands, plus again. The only downside is that I have found it at our Walmart ONCE. I look every time I'm in, and have not found it again. I sure do wish our Walmart would stock it more consistently.
Good taste and value
This bread is great toasted. It is thin sliced so you can actually make a sandwich if you are watching your caloric intake. At 60 calories a slice it is half the calories of those huge slices of other brands. I like that it has 2 grams of protein in a slice. It is economical for an organic bread. I buy a couple of loaves and freeze one until I need it. My Walmart runs out quickly. I don't eat many carbs, so when I do, I look for good nutrition and taste.
As good as Dave's Killer bread....
Bought this off the expired bread rack hoping I could get a day or two worth of sandwiches. That was July 31. Today is August 7 and I just finished the bread. It was as good as the day I bought it. Will keep buying this bread. As good as Dave's Killer but cheaper.
