I understand they are lower priced stuff but you should at least get what you pay for. I REALLY THINK YOU NEED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES. Thank You Julie W.
great value hot cocoa

Wrong measurements

The canister version of this product states it will make 16 servings. The directions say to use 1/4 cup (2oz) of powder, with 8oz of hot water for each serving. I followed the directions, but only got 12 servings. At $2.58 (at the time of purchase), I would have been better off buying the pre-packaged envelope version of the product ($1.98 for 10 envelope pack box). Someone miss-figured the serving count. If you use 3 rounded teaspoons of the product, it will make 15-16 thin servings; like chocolate-flavored hot water.

No Sucralose!

Every other hot chocolate company has started adding suraclose to their hot chocolate mix, the only ones I've found that haven't so far are the store brands of Walmart and Piggly Wiggly

Great, but...

The serving size is listed as 1/4 cup cocoa mix per 1 cup of water/milk, and 16 servings per container. However, the container is 20oz, and 1/4 cup cocoa mix is 2oz, so there really is only 10 servings per container. Where the extra 6 servings are coming from is anyone's guess.

great product but serving size needs reviewed

This tastes great but really you need to use almost a cup of powder to make a glass?? Not sure if the price is so good at that point, price per ounce it is the cheapest however price per serving, not so sure. That being said, I bought this to use in my daughters coffee so I use 2 to 3 tablespoons in her 14oz coffee cup to add some chocolate flavoring. And yes I was a bit upset when opening the container to realize that there's a good 1/4th of the can empty....a waste of space and well paying more for packaging then product.....but all that being said it taste good and is cheap.
