Unlike half and half and other in coffee products, real cream has no sugars. A tablespoon or two added to your scrambled eggs and omelets will help the eggs whip up light and fluffy. Try using real cream instead of milk the next time you make french toast. Once you've made a cup of cocoa with real cream you'll never want the other stuff again. For fast fresh ice cream just blend a large handful of frozen strawberries into a cup or so of cream.... you may want a packet of splenda in that. Our family of four consumes 3 to 4 quarts a week, more when everyone is having western omelets (pictured)
