Instructions: Broil - From Frozen **Turn oven to broil. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 5-7 minutes. **Cooking Instructions - General **Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into plastic bag. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed. **Caution: **Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. **Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F or until flesh is opaque and flakes easily. **Grill - From Frozen **Preheat grill to medium. Cook 8-10 minutes. **Other - From Frozen **Skillet Instructions: **1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. **2. Pat thawed fillets dry with paper towel. Place in skillet. **3. Cook 8-11 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork. **Oven cook - From Frozen **Bake Instructions: **Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 7-10 minutes.

I love these so much... i eat fish all the time but i cant stand a really fishy taste, luckily these dint have a really fishy taste. These have definetly helped with my weight loss journey and yes you find a bone here or there but its a fish. Its better then de-boning on youre own
Be careful. Lately I have found several tiny bones that are as thin as a strand of hair. Otherwise these are so good. Quick to thaw and cook. Perfect for q weeknight healthy meal.
I love that these are individually wrapped. I take out what I need to cook and the rest remain fresh. I feel these dont have such a strong fishy taste like others Iâve tried before. They do not have noned, which is a plus as well. Also, they are nicely sized.
I have been buying this product weekly for about 2 months and was loving it. Great price, and good quality. I bought a bag in January 2020 and the cuts of fish have suddenly decreased in size as well as gotten thinner. I can see through half of the fish. I thought maybe it was only one of the pieces of fish, but unfortunately, the whole bag is this way. I no longer think this product is worth the money.
