Ordered this crib last month and have been going back and forth with Storkcraft ever since, trying to get replacement parts. The mattress base does not reach all four corners, leaving a two inch gap in the last corner when trying to attach. Also, the pre-drilled holes don’t line up on one of the legs and the base. E-mailed Storkcraft with pics, asking for replacement parts. They essentially ended up suggesting we return the crib (which was 90% together) and order another. So we did... this time with the technician service offered by Wal-Mart (for an additional $120), just to make sure it’s done right. The second crib came yesterday, but the tech service refused to come out because they, “don’t service that area.”At 8 months pregnant, this whole process has been a complete nightmare.
