    loved at first

When I first got this stroller I was so excited. Then when it came time to use it I was quickly disappointed. The front wheel continually locks or acts like it is locked when it isn't. It always seems to pull to the left. Also one of the child cup holders just fell out. And I can't replace it because there are no replacement parts for it.

Great features. Easy connect to car seat.

This is a gift for my daughter's first child. I have always bought GRACO. Excellent product. They love it.

    Great buy

This combination jogging stroller is exactly what we had hoped it would be . We enjoyed the ability to have a stroller with the car seat built-in .

    Disappointed

My son is almost 4 months, and we have been using the stroller more often now. I like how the car seat clicks right in and the basket on the bottom is large enough to fit everything we need. BUT it is very hard to steer. It’s like the front wheel gets stuck making it very difficult to maneuver around. It is very frustrating. The other thing I don’t like is that the cell phone slot doesn’t hold bigger phones so it’s just a waste of space. Overall I’m disappointed because of the front steering issues I have every single time I use this. It definitely needs to be reengineered.

    First time Mom

I was very unsure of what type of stroller would be best for me to use with my child but once the store clerk explained in detail the differences between a joggers stroller and a regular stroller I knew I had chose the right stroller. I thought it was awesome that the stroller and car seat came together. The pricing was really great for both too! I was able to walk around the store with their model stroller; which was a bonus too being that I've never touched a stroller before! The stroller is very strong and sturdy but there is a smoothness to the walk that is great for walking or running! The easy connection of the car seat is the best part; with the 1 click / pull to connect or release the car seat. Car seat is very sturdy, great head shield and easy connection seat belt! The only thing I would change is the option of colors the set come in. I do love the lime green and it looks great for my baby girl but I would have liked to see hot pink option for a girl too :)!

    Cheap

Highly unimpressed with this travel system. Car seat is difficult to remove from base. Stroller already has a flat tire (after one month of use) Umbrella canopy does not stay open. Console does not latch or stay shut. Seatbelt in stroller is extremely difficult to unlatch. When folded stroller does not close tightly and stay in keeper. Overall it gets the job done but youd be better off to spend the extra money on something thats better quality.

    Front Wheel Failure

I purchased the Fast Action Fold Jogger XT Click Connect because it came with the infant carrier so it was like a 2 for 1 in my book and a great deal when it comes to price. Yes it looks great, although very heavy, but the front wheel is horrible. It locks up every 10 seconds regardless of the surface you are on. It makes it impossible to get around as you have to stop and constantly pull the lever to unlock the wheel and then you take 10 steps and the lever falls back down and locks again. It is so annoying. I would not recommend this stroller/travel system to anyone because it makes errands a huge pain. Now I have to start looking around for a new stroller because I can't keep dealing with this front wheel and lets face it, strollers/travel systems are not cheap so while I'm on maternity leave and a fixed income I have to spend more money when I should not have to because of this huge failure by Graco. I don't recommend this travel system at all.

    Very nice

This is an excellent stroller with so many things I love about it, but I will just list the flaws that I've found; The phone holder is only suitable for Iphones. I have a Samsung and my husband has an LG and neither fits so it's a useless feature for us. The storage under the phone holder isn't big enough to hold much, I liked putting my wallet in there on my last stroller, but can't with this one. I have a toy that straps to the handle bar on the car seat, but because of the angle of the seat this toy is about an inch in front of her face so I can't use it or put any toys there for her. Other then that, it's great; it flows nicely, I like the button feature in the front that locks the wheel in position, the large storage in the bottom, how easy it is to adjust the stroller seat so she can recline to an almost flat sleeping position or up straight, and the cup holders are great. It's also incredibly easy to tilt back to get up over curbs.

Overall great product just a few issues

The overall system is great, easy to fold up and the click connect system is awesome in the car. My few grievances with this is that the sun canopy on the car seat is floppy and just doesn’t seem to hold its shape to provide shade. I’ve seen a few of my friends other brands of car seats and they don’t seem to have this problem. Also the lock on the front wheel to switch between jogging and just general use does get locked in wrong position frequently. This can be a pain but we’ve found if we don’t back up with the stroller it tends to do better. Overall pretty good product.

excellent, only a couple MINOR issues

My wife and I bought this travel system a month before or baby came, got familiar with all its features and learned how to maximize our use of it. We quickly learned that when collapsed, the latch on the side that is supposed to go over an attached knob so it helps hold it shut is about an inch off and therefore useless, but also if you're gentle and stand it upright with care, you don't have to worry about it (only time this is an issue is moving it in and out off the vehicles). Second minor complaint is on the front wheel assembly: it locks into place with what looks like a drop pin for when you are running/jogging (which my wife does A LOT of). The only problem is that after a few months the pin locks in place on its own without us using the lever and occasionally at the worst moments possible. It's a nuisance, but manageable. With that said, even with those two minor issues we would still buy this system every time! It is perfect for us!
