Ingredients: Alaskan Pollock Fillets, Breadcrumb Coating: Wheat Flour, Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Whey, Yeast, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar), Natural Flavor, Canola Oil.
Instructions: Cooking DirectionsConventional Oven1. Preheat oven to 450degF.2. Arrange on metal baking pan.3. Bake 15–17 minutes total*. Flip after 10 minutes.For extra crunch or cooking more than 8 fish sticks, add 3 minutes to the cooking time.*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165degF or higher before serving.
