Ingredients: Haddock, Bleached Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed, Canola, And/Or Soybean), Water, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Less Than 2% of: Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Dextrose, Palm Oil, Onion Powder, Whey, Baking Powder (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Yeast, Tbhq (to Protect Flavor), Natural Flavor, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Fish Moisture). Contains Haddock, Wheat, And Milk.
Instructions: Cooking directions: keep frozen until ready to cook. Conventional oven: 1. move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. heat oven to 425f. arrange frozen fish sticks in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between sticks. 3. bake uncovered 20 to 24 minutes*, or until coating is golden brown And crunchy. Turn fish sticks over after 14 minutes of cooking. *Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Microwaving is not recommended.
