Rated 5 out of 5★ by GoDawgs Excellent tires and American Made I went to the WalMart in Palm Coast, Florida to get my set of Goodyear tires. At first I was going to get the Viva III but when I looked at the placard on the counter it shared that this tire was 69.00 with a 70K warranty. The Viva III tire was 79.00 with a 60K warranty. It was a no brainer as to the tire I would buy. I asked the clerk if this was the cost as online the exact same tire was 115.00. The 35.00 saving per tire buying them in the store was unbelievable. I cross ck'd the numbers on the receipt and the numbers on the web site for the tires and it was exactly the same. It always pays to recheck prices because thru this I was able to save a considerable amount of money. I have always had excellent results with Goodyear tires and am excited about my new set of Goodyear tires. Thank You WalMart and thank you Goodyear, 05/14/2015
Rated 1 out of 5★ by LABundle Terrible tire performance on my Lexus ES350 I purchased 4 Goodyear Assurance Authority tires in December, 2013 at which time my odometer reading was 46,763 miles on my 2010 Lexus ES350. These tires have a 70000 mile treadwear warranty. On November 10, 2015, my dealer informed me that my tread was at 4/32" and I would need new tires very soon. My odometer reading was 72,857 which means the tires have been driven 26,094 miles. I have had my tires rotated on 4 separate occasions; at 52000, 58555, 65000 and at 72,711 miles. I have NEVER had this poor performance on any new tires I have purchased. If Goodyear cannot explain why I have received this poor performance, I will not buy Goodyear tires again. 12/03/2015
Rated 2 out of 5★ by ETBirder Noisy!! I have a Camry hybrid. I got theses tires because the first replacement set of tires did not reach their warranty mileage so for a discount they gave me these. They have a smooth ride but they sound like I have mud tires on my Camry! It is very embarrassing when I have a friend with me and I have to turn up the radio. I have had them for 10,000 miles with no improvement. 11/22/2014
Rated 4 out of 5★ by CustomerBWIB Satisfied BUT WHY Poor ICE Rating?? With about 27000 miles on these Goodyear Assurance Authority tires (225/60R17 99T) from Walmart on my full-time 4WD 2011 Subaru, so far I am totally satisfied with them and project I will meet or exceed the advertised 70,000 mile life. Why oh why does Consumer Reports rate these as "POOR" for ICE HANDLING? Walmart or someone or both, please answer me. 01/14/2016
Rated 2 out of 5★ by JoJo116 Good Specs Bad Tire Bought 4 tires for my van and had them installed/balanced at Walmart Naples. The balance was off by 1oz on one tire and .5oz on another causing bad vibrations at highway speed. Paid to have them rebalanced elsewhere and vibration greatly reduced, leading me to believe that the tire is poorly designed/made. Still have mild vibration at highway speed that previous tire did not have; will be selling this vehicle in the next year so I'll just live with them until then. It pays to go to a company that specializes in tires and get it done right. 03/12/2014
Rated 2 out of 5★ by Dino Very disappointed I had Michelin tires on my 2010 Accord V6 prior to getting these. I make a 60 mile highway trip a few times a month. For 3 years I would average 33.2-33.7 mpg during this trip per the trip computer in my car. Since these tires have been on I have yet to get 30 mpg during this same trip. Usually 28.7-29.3. Not sure why as everyone said new tires should improve my mileage. A little disappointed. Should have just went with the Michelin's that came with the car. 05/11/2015
