Very good and sturdy
I am 30 weeks pregnant and use it everyday to do some basic pregnancy exercises. Its pretty sturdy. The pump it came with, works well too. No issues so far and would definitely recommend it. I work while sitting on it too and will take it to the hospital during birth too.maggigr8

It stated on the package that an air pump was included and there wasn't one in the box. Also, no plug. I returned it.Heidi

- 5 out of 5 stars review7/9/2016Yoga exercise ball.Great product! Only small problem was that the provided pump took forever. As recommended, we tried a bicycle pump but the nozzle did not fit and this way did not work. However, we had an electric air pump for inflatable beds and that worked great and very fast. I would recommend that to new buyers.Margie
- 5 out of 5 stars review4/7/2020Perfect size, sturdy and held good so far.Size is perfect as indicated from 5'-3" thru 5'-10". I bought 54 cm one just incase this isn't good enough. Product is good and sturdy so keeping them both. Initially when inflating I was skeptical will it withstand the pressure?, but having pumped twice and used for over 3 weeks I am confident it will withstand.Prasad

It's also comfortable to rest all of your weight on knowing that it is sturdily made. I appreciated the included air pump, which was a nice surprise. The sample exercise chart was also a nice surprise.abrack7
