Great ball for the price
My Gold's Gym 65 cm Exercise Stay Ball was easy to blow up with the provided air pump. Note this will take concerted effort but easily done in about 15 min. Purchased for use as a chair at my place of work. I've used balls as chairs for years at work but all eventually wear out. I love the Stay Ball because it doesn't roll away when I get up. Love my purchase. No problems with the ordering and pick up at Walmart. Great experience all the way around.
I am very happy with the exercise ball and would suggest an alternative to inflating, that you use your vacuum cleaner and reverse the hose so it will blow up the ball. Another suggestion is a doggie dryer or the shop vac. Much easier to inflate than with the hand pump supplied.
great dvd, great exercise. For REAl~!
Having struggled to find strength exercise that I can follow, this was a perfect fit. I'm 210 lbs (down from 216 the week before I bought this), 6', 25 years old, able-bodied, and the instructional dvd was a perfect fit. The instructor was thorough and timely, making it a full hour worth of body-joy. I thought the pump to fill the bag was quick and easy to use. Only wish I spent money on this product sooner; would've saved me from mistakes with other products (whose instructional dvd's appear never to have been tested on real people).
I use this item daily. I'd had several previously and none held up so well. This is very strong. I'm by no means skinny and can balance well on it and confidently. I actually use it as an "extra chair" in my living room. It's great for posture. I watch TV sitting on this. I do crunches, stretches and use hand weights sometimes while on it. I was recommended this by my physical therapist after a surgery involving incisions in my stomach. She said it would help tighten the muscles back up. (After I was healed, ofcourse.) You definitely notice a difference. It IS difficult to inflate the first time, so I agree with other reviewers on using a different method. I didn't think of that though and did manage with the air pump supplied. Adding a little more air every so often to make it more firm is very simple using just the pump. I also have house pets that seems to think it's a toy for them and it's durable enough to sustain any scratches or tears they might try to inflict on it. So this is great all around.
