    Just a wonderful product
    I love this product. I have used it several years now. It is wonderful for use in making gravies and sauces. also I use it for coating chicken and pork chops for frying. I find it gives just the right amount of coating for crispness without being too thick.

    Gold Medal Wondra is a Wonder
    Ive used this flour for many years; my mother had used it too. It always makes a smooth gravy. Takes a little more to thicken, than regular flour, but no lumps!
